You will learn about management and supervision techniques, paving your way to become a role model for other divers. As a Divemaster you will lead others during scuba diving activities and assist diver trainings. The certificate can take approximately 4 Months in an internship to complete, depending on your level of qualification when you begin.

Continuing your diving career, PADI Instructor scuba diving allows you to share the love of the aquatic world by teaching a variety of PADI courses to potential future divers. The Instructor Development Course (IDC) is made up of two parts – the Assistant Instructor and the Open Water Scuba Instructor programs. Most people will complete the entire IDC and attend the Instructor Examination which is the final step to earn the PADI Instructor certificate. This can be done in approximately 9 days of IDC and 2 days of IE.

Most people who are interested in a career in diving do an internship with a diving centre. This usually lasts from 4 to 6 months. During this time, you can gain your PADI Divemaster and PADI Open Water Instructor certificates. With an internship, you will experience hands on the work of professional divers by shadowing the staff whilst you study for your certificates. The internship will give you the essential tools for your future scuba diving career.
